PCM 12 doesn't launch

Okay , so When i try to launch PCM nothing happens , It appears in Task manager but i stil see my desktop , i've tried to reinstall it and reset it but it didn't work

Please give more information: Did it work before? Patch installed? DB installed? Did you try to reset already? and so on...

It did worked before , i installed the latest patch , no db because i reinstalled it , i tried to reset it , didn't work and it worked before yes , just when i click play nothing happens , here's a vid from what happens https://www.youtub...fklCdolqOY

Deactivate, maybe even uninstall, AVG and all other instances of antivirus software that you have installed. By the looks of it, this could be what's blocking PCM from starting up.
