Please. How can i delete the leader jersey of continental ranking.

I don't think that's possible. I mean, you can delete the file, but then the game will probably get the generic jersey for when the shirt file is missing. What you could do is copy the normal shirt of each team and rename it like it was the continental ranking leader shirt (abc_maillot_continental).
