pcm 2012 install problem

help please..... unable to run the application. the product license was deactivated on this computer after uninstalling
I returned the game to install it but ta the opinion that error after installing, when I go to activate the this error
have any solution how to fix this problemSad

Do you have a screenshot of the error?

You have 3 uses of your activation code. If you're out of uses, you can mail Cyanide for more.

I think you can activate it again by double-clicking on PCM-Protection.exe.

I tried this situation but not to solve the problem. I dont have the intenet at home so I have to activate by other means and the same error message ....... there will be some solution .....
