I launched a sponsor agent in february, and now in May he has found two possible sponsors. what happends if I click Negotiate? should I await with negiotiation until july?

Nothing bad happens if you click negiotiate. You can look what's the offer then, and you can decide if you want to sign or not.
Waiting until July is smart, since you can await the offer of the current sponsor then. Waiting until July isn't a must though, if you want to get rid of the current sponsor, or have a very good offer, then you can always sign...
You don't have to wait with clicking Negiotiate though...
will my sponsor agent be able to be contacted by other sponsors until july, or is those two sponsors that i am contacted by all I will get? when do they stop getting contacted and how long do I have until I have to decide which sponsor I want to go for?
You will get new sponsors until the Agent says there are no more interested, which could be any time.
You will always be able to negotiate with the sponsors, as long as you still have the agent on staff (dont fire him).
Negotiating does no harm to anything!
All it means is that you ask for an amount of money. A few days later the sponsor replies, either agreeing or disagreeing to that amount of money.
If they agree you then have to agree a length of time.
They will set a certain number of years. You can then either say yes to that contract, or for slightly less money go either one year longer or shorter.
You can do this at any point until you agree to sign a new sponsor, or renew with your current sponsor
