What is wrong here?

Hey, I just had a very, very, very weird Milano-Sanremo.I'm playing with Saxo-Bank and I managed to get 1st with Bennati, 2nd with Michael Rogers, 7th with Roche, 8th with Kroon, 10th with Chris Anker Sorensen and 12th with Zaugg.I mean WTF ?
5 guys in Top 10 and 6 in Top 20 ? I'm playing on hard difficulty also.
All I did was to dot on the penultenum climb with all my 6 riders and they just got away.Have I cheated somehow or what, because I don't find this result very satisfying.

// BTW, the dot was on 70 because I just wanted to position my riders in front to be able the counter the attacks, but they got away.

I sometimes had the same problem with sprint trains, also on hard.

Yes occasionally. Sometimes I get time gaps because of the force of my sprint train. That's what the dot does.
