Favored race vs. programme...
KurtinSC
I have a team leader who has the following scenario:

One of his favored races is the Dauphine Libre (June 10th - June 17th).

One his programme, it says he doesn't want to race in June.

So here's the question, which is a bigger morale hit... not racing a favored race or breaking a programme?

DO not ignore his programme!
Whether or not he rides his favoured races doesn't really matter. At least it doesn't have any negative impact to miss them (it gives a slight moral boost if he rides them).

As much as a noticed theyre fisical preparation is better if you put them on automatic training for his favorite racesWink
