Need a decent, "up to date" DB(Small size)

I hope i'm not asking, to stupid a question now.

Is there any playable Databases, that doesn't require more than a couple of hundreds megabyte?

I would love to just download the "daily" version, but I'm downloading on my phone, which got a 5GB maximum.. Soo.. Anybody?Smile

Well real names, "transfer update", "Rider Rating Update"..
Just about what i could do myself, if i had the patience to do it hehe..

I've been playing with "daily" the last couple of versions(10,11 red.), so the original ratings make no sens to me anymore. And when i change the riders myself, i allways make my favorites better than they should be. And then i feel like I'm cheating..
But i know i can't be pickyWink

Maybe this one?

It's not 2013 'up to date', since the only 2013 DB's I have seen are big. Those are 2012 'up to date' though...

Well, patch 1.3.0.0 hadn't even been released when that was released, so it's not guaranteed to be compatible with the latest patch. I don't know if that might give problems though Wink

This one is also a small pack and compatible with 1.3.0.0:
