Favorite Weather

Tour de France Champion Posts: 21379 Joined: 01-05-2012 PCM$: 400.00	I was actually wondering whether a rider's favorite weather has any effect on their stats during a race in those conditions? Say Contador's "favorite weather" is sunny, warm and he's riding the Tour. One day it's sunny and warm, the other it's cold and raining, will there be an effect?
