Is there a way to edit the 600.000 maximum?

As the title says, Is there a way I can edit the max 600.000 alocated for the rider's wage bills(make it higher).?

That's not possible. But there's another way to do it. Give the rider a contract of 2000. Than go to the database editor and go to DYN_contract_cyclist_offer. There you can change the finan_i_period. Than you'll give the rider a realistic salary and in the game that salaray will be used.
