How do I change the status of a cyclist who will retire at the end of the season so I can try to renew with him or hire him??

There is a field in cyclist called gene_b_will_retire, make sure it isn't check marked.

And if you want the rider to not lose his abilities at the age of 34 edit the "Age Decline" column.
