Rider morale

I am absolutely clueless as to what to what decides rider morale if not:

- ability to use especially team leaders as team leaders in their preferred races.
- ability to win preferred races
- recovery training camps

As it stands I have just begun 2nd season with rabobank and Gesink, Boom and Sanches all have poor morale, which highly complicates contract extension later on.

Their morale needs a boost or else i loose my best three riders, when the window opens again.

PLease help cause boom won all the flandrian classics in the first season and the world championship road race..would particularly hate to loose him
