The goals are in the table DYN_objectif. (When using my editor, you can click on "O sponsor goals" to access it.)
The content of the table should be self-explaining. You could for example assign other races.

I'll take a look at it and make more realistic goals for my team.
Little hard to reach top 10 in 3 GT's when I'm not even sure of a wildcard as a pro continental team.
