Can anyone remember who made the American race the Mount Evans Hill Climb ?

You mean "someone made the Mt Evans race but I can't remember who it was" or "has somebody made the Mt Evans race"? If the first, then I don't know. If the latter, I can't recall it being done for PCM12, but Johan92 created a stage with Mt Evans for PCM10:

It was a stage that just went up Mount Evans, i had it for PCM11 but cannot seem to find it any more
