More TTT help; How do I change which rider the time is taken on?

Alright, so I want a 5 rider TTT (no surprises!) with the time taken on the third rider. Stage is now made, but how do I set which rider the time is taken on? Is it DB based or Stage Based? If this is in the wrong place, it would be great if a mod could move it to the appropriate sub forum, but I heard that everything was data driven with the stages in this version.

You can't change that. Hardcoded in the game.

Damn. How many riders do you think will be required to finish out of a team of 5 for a time to be recorded?
