I wanted to create a stage and I went to openrunner.com in order to generate my GPX file , but when I tried to "Read bounds from GPX file", it said the .dem files don't exist. When I tried to fill in the boundaries myself, it didn't work either. The stage was in Italy, near San Benedetto del Tronto and I thought those .dem files were available.
I also can't seem to find .dem files on the internet. I found some here on pcm.daily, but the downloads didn't work. Could someone give me a valid downloadlink or help me out in any way?

PCM12 includes indeed several less .dem files compared to PCM11 and 10 (that come with the game, excluding the .dem packs). Here's a DL link to the missing .dem files from PCM12 that are present in the two earlier games:
