Can somebody help me with a tutorial for NifSkope? I don't understand it...

NifSkope is only useful to visualize .nif and textures, it's not possible to edit them as far as I know. To see the .nif files, make sure that the you're seeing the "Block Details" (view menu, on the top), then:
