when I istall the new pack over the old 2013 public beta ecc it says me :
COULDN'T CREATE DIRECTORY GIRO
FAILURE WHILE TRYING TO ISTALL FILE PCM SEASON 2012-2013 PODIUM GIRO,CYCLING AD 00 LOGO.dds
istallation unsuccesssful.aborting

Sounds like a faulty download to me. Download again - and use a download manager this time to make sure it doesn't corrupt again.
