Welcome to my jersey-thread. This is a work in progress, so please do give advice if you have any based on the jerseys I post.
I generally try to make jerseys based on something in the logo of the main sponsors and/or the teams identity. Jerseys that would look worse if the sponsors were replaced with someone else.
If you need a jersey I take requests as well. In that case I will need:
1-2 main sponsors
2-x minor sponsors (e.g. bikes, clothes, transportation...)
Colour wishes (if any)
Other info regarding the team characteristics (if themed)

I have made a number of NC-jerseys that might be appreciated by others.
All these jerseys are based on the default NC-jerseys from the game as well as the main jerseys made by someone else.
I have only modified these and all credit for the basic designs go the original designers mentioned on the background!

These are the only three jerseys I have ever made. I agree with sutty that Noka - Ekspla is by far the best - but it's also the newest, so I would hope so

Admir98Schleck requested a jersey in either "flourescent" green (like Farnese Vini) or pink. At first I misunderstood and made a jersey with both:
Sponsors: T-mobile, EnergoAtom (Ukranian nuclear energy sompany) and the International Atomic Energy Agency:
It turned out he only wanted one of the colours so I turned it into a T-Mobile - Deutsche Post shirt in stead:
