I've bought Pcm 2012 in cd version and i wondered how I activate the game in steam so that I can play the game without the cd. Does anyone know how to do this ?

If you have the cd version and you install it, you can play it without the cd.

Dont you have to insert the cd every third day or something ?

No, you only need the disc to install the game.
