A bug about 30 km/h before the sprint

I have the problem in my PCM12 Carrier Mode.
And this problem is same thing following a thread I searched.

I have tried some way to solve:
1:Untick passive AI in multiplayer.
2:Install again, and use official DB.
3:Testing in flat stage with every patches.

These ways didn't work for me.

But I found the conditions that sprint bug will not happen.
1:When my rider(s) relay more than 70 ~ 80% .
2:When my team don't have a rider who have more than 75 sprinting ability in flat stage.

I want to share information about this problem, and I want to know it can be solved or not?
