That might be because Photoshop isn't a freeware, thus every free download would be illegal  I don't think those links would be appreciated here.

There is a portable Version for Photoshop which is free cause its not made by Adobe. I dont know if it is more like a lite version or whatso ever, but it certainly will not be the full experience and it probably will be based on CS4 at max...
And I heard from a few mates by now, that its utter bollocks and not worth the hassle of using it...

@Pelli & Cunego: I guess they probably meant it was free for a month on trial, so I will try it and then decide on it. I am a skint teenager though so I don't see how I can afford it 
@Ste: I'm not a pirate, so I don't think I would do that

I've seen a free version of it before, but it was only available to graphics students at my school and was only a 3 month trial thingo |

or you can just get GIMP as it does the same stuff for the most part and is totally free. has almost as many tutorials on youtube too
