I was thinking when I have a rider like Hagen, who can more or less develop into anykind of rider, except for cobbler maybe, is it then possible for me to decide which training programme he uses in the Management Game?
Because if he just trains to be a sprinter or a time trialist, he'd never be good enough at climbing to compete for the big tours.

It would be hard to do that, cause they simulate the whole season to make the riders develop. And therefor it's the computer which chooses how the riders develop. Same for all.
Edit: Can you change how the computer controlled teams trains their riders in a converter?

but because Crommy hasn't found a 2009 savegame from the PPDB v4, new ideas are being thrown forward

maybe if I get far enough with my Spartans Crommy could use it, im now in March 08 and once the season is over I might be further

I have a 2009 save game (with PCM Spain tho), that you guys are more than welcome to use. The only problem is that a stage in the 09 Touyr Down Under causes the game to crash, but if you can fix it you can use it.  |

i've fixed that problem for someone else, so that's no problem, but it's just whether Crommy is willing to swap for PCM Spain.
I think he was slightly against the idea as it doesn't have all the riders that PPDB does and it could be a lot of work for him adding them
but thanks for offering
