Hello, i've got a problem in my career with Colnago-CSF Inox; in the second year of the career my second sponsor's contract expires so i've found a new sponsor which gives me a bigger fee after my promotion to Cya World Tour (CSF gives 457.000, the new one 1.800.000).
The problem is that when i try to sign new cyclists from the 1st of July i can only offer no more than 2000 euro per month as wage also for cyclists who ask 80.000 euro, but i have 83.000 euro of contracts renewed for the next year and in the page of negotiations it says that i can have a budget for contracts higher than 200.000 euro.
I tried to take a look with the editor but i couldn't find the way to fix this problem because it's not a problem with value_i_sponsor_future beacuse it's correct (in fact it says my extimated budget is 200.000 per month), and i couldn't find what blocks the maximum offer to 2000 euro.
Please help me i tried to search also in the forum for a similar problem but i couldn't find anything THANKS
Well... There are several things what could have happened.
There is a salary cap of 600,000 euro's, so if you already have a total of wages of 600000+ euro's, then you can't sign a big contract anymore.
Another thing what happens often, is that you exceed the wages limit the sponsor set... And that wage is based on the current wages(how higher, how better), the sponsor budget, and (Although not really sure) the sponsor happiness... But I think the problem is the 1st one.
Let's say that your current salary wage is 150000 Euro's... You signed some big contracts, and you have 225000 Euro's now... But the sponsor decided to set the limit on 225000. Then after you reached the limit(225000), you can only sign tiny contracts of 2000 wage...
Most of the time, if you offer someone a contract, the sponsor wage limit and the current wages are listed under the contract settings(length and wage), but on the same screen...

The next years wage bugdet cannot be higher then double the actual budget, no matter how much your sponsors are willing to pay. You can check if this is the problem by raising the contracts of your actual riders using an editor. You can find instructions in this forum, ask again, if you cannot find the instructions or if that is not the problem.
