How do do you make the riders not sign contracts on FA for a few years with hannes converter 2007?

create a new team with a random name. contract the riders to that team. make the team not ride any races (give them an empty calendar). done 
(you can call that team: "doped riders" )

I think it would work to put them in the free agent pool and then give them a contract which goes on until the end of their ban. |
