Does any of you hav some tips or something for me? When I play with a continental or pro continental team I always get bankrupt after some months, do you have any tips to get more money or anything that can help? :-)

This mainly goes for conti teams:
1.) Fire all your staff at the very beginning, since you can't afford them
2.) Try to only sign the best U23 riders in the first season
3.) Don't use training camps, they are expensive
4.) Have a decent sprinter, they can score you a lot of points / money (Khalilov and Siedler are good options as they are free agents in the beginning, I believe)

Pro conti teams have better budget, so you may not have to do everything so drastically.

Don't spend money on equipment, it does nothing to boost stats or anything.
Only hire doctors when an important rider is injured, no use in paying the man 12 months. (Or some hire him for the season, but definitely fire him in the winter)
In big races where you have no chance of winning, try to take intermediate sprints and KoM sprints to earn some money, in races where you can win, go for the win, obviously. Smile
