Frustrated!

Amateur Posts: 17 Joined: 02-11-2012 PCM$: 200.00	Guys, Ive played the game on my laptop countless times no difficulties and not slow at all etc. But I tried playing the game today and it said error, d3dx9_28.dll is not on your computer. What is this about and how can i fix it? Many thanks.
