Mini Shirt Problem

Has anyone got a base mini shirt file for use in Blender?

I have a custom shirt which I am trying to make into a mini but this link https://www.multiu...T9YIN4OWMY in How to add an shirt and Minishirt to PCM11 by laidbackmarc is broken.

I take it this method of designing mini shirts still works in PCM 2012?
