0 % bonus for riders over 30?

the training bonus for good riders who are around 30 or over is 0 % at most of them. (cadel evans, robbie mcewen, levi leipheimer, andreas klöden etc) and I wonder if there´s an idea of having a trainer who trains them, if they have 0 % bonus in training as well.
will they keep the same stats next season if I´m doing a great season with them? or will they loose like 2-3 skills in their special attributes as well?

above 30 years it hard to have training bonus Wink
Try mythical trainer and keep him in over the moon moral maybe yhen you will have 15-20 max Smile
