Anyone want to help with a historical DB

Ok im kind of mad at the lack of DB's for pcm07, especially historic DB's.
I want to make a DB for 1999, and stats specifically based on the TDF.
I can handle the stats but i want some real stages (cant edit stages) for the TDF, Giro, and Vuelta. Also making jerseys i do kind of suck at:lol: but anyone that can help at all pm me here or reply.

Hey, i was still in the research progress of making a 1998 DB. But if you want to make a 1999 DB, i'd much rather help you with it. I can do some stages, maybe not for the GT's because im not exactly awesome at it, but i wouldnt mind trying none the less.
