Scouting problem

A small bug has shown up in my career and I'm not sure what the problem is. Any help is appreciated. Smile

For some reason, I can't choose a scout to monitor young riders. The one I have in my staff doesn't show up. I also tried hiring a second one, but he didn't show up either. I'm kind of clueless.

You have to have a scout in the area where the (U23) rider is from.
So if you sent your scout to Czech Republic, I'm sure there will be a scout who shows up

If I remember correctly, the scout has to be in the region of the rider you want to monitor.
If that is not true or if the scout is in the correct region, then I am clueless.

Doesn't work. My French scout wont show up on the French riders either.

It's not the rider's/scout's nationality, it's the region you sent him to scout, I believe.
