How to open Database using Excel?

I want to change riders stats globally. When I open dattabase using Excel only some really weird stuff shows up...
Or is there another way to change all stats of all riders by −7?

Do you know the database structure?
Do you know what you want to edit?
What do you consider "weird stuff"?
And what is −7?

So first I think I finaly know how to work with that so you can close this thread.
And second exactly that −7? is that weird staf but I wanted to write ´´minus´´ Grin but still thanks for your time Smile
