Crash "starting inrace server"

I Begun a 3D race czech national 1 day race and in the loading window with "starting inrace server" the game crashes to desktop.
I'am using steam, latest version 1.4.0.0 and official database. No mods or anything installed. |

For me 8. All the riders i dont know since i didnt started the race.
There are 5 teams. Is it this? Too low riders in a race? |

Did you try to simulate the race?
If you really want to play the race, you could try and replace the stage file. |

I Quicked simulated, it worked. Detailed simulation didnt with crashing at loading window.
I want to play 3D but the same stage. |

Did you try this stage in another race? Perhaps there's a problem with the stage then.

This is the first time with this stage so no.
Stage is
Czech Republic Championships
Sumperk: 236.2 kms
An NC (National Competition) race.
edit: Its a race from the vanilla (game without modifications, any) game and database too.
Checked the integraty of steam game and everything ok.

Yes, what I meant is: test the stage in another race to see if it works  But anyway, if you're using the game without any modifications, then the Czech NC doesn't use a real route, instead it uses the stage from the GP of Plouay. So it's weird that it gives this error, but in that case I don't think the problem is with the stage.

GP of Pluoay is a race in real cycling or in the game? Searched in schcedule and not found a stage by that name.
And where can i find real stages, for example this one?
If i use custom jerseys, does that can have bugs and crash the game?

You'll probably find it in the game as "Classique de Plouay". Since you're using the "vanilla" game and DB, most races have unlicensed names, like teams.
The Czech NC has been made, I'll guess by SN (since he's done lots of NCs). But as I said, I don't think the problem is in the stage.
Using custom jerseys won't make the game crash. At worst, if you haven't got the jersey, you'll see a default white and red Cyanide one.

Is there a tutorial of how to install stages and jerseys?
I deleted the PCM folder in appdata folder and username folder. Only put back the savegame. Same problem. I unchecked steam synchronization and did not updated.
There isnt any race with Plouay in the game.

About adding jerseys, you gave me a link of pcm 11 is the same way in 2012?
And replacing a stage e.g. this stage that doesnt work?
