Just started a with concordia-himmerland and sign two foreign riders. The himmerland sponsor is now very unhappy with the squad.

Is there a place I can see which riders they prefer?

If you look into the DB in DYN_sponsors_regions, you can see the percentage of the riders nationality your sponsor at least wants you to sign for the team

Edit: Small team sponsors usually want you to have 100% of a certrain nationality.

Don't worry about it. Sponsor happiness doesn't matter at all.

Yeah, I found that out the long way. Sponsor happiness is only relevant when you need to renew the sponsor end of season. Even then, providiing you get good results you'll get a good enough sponsor to cover costs even if its a different one.

To answer the thread, in the Menu Manager -> Sponsors -> Click on sponsor tab -> roll to "Squad". There you can see what regions your sponsor wants riders from.
