Scout reports at the start of a career

Can you change the number of scout reports you have at the beginning of a career? i mean when you're choosing rides for a custom team, you can have a limited amount of scout reports.

This should be explained in the manual and in the hints when starting a new career.
I think the setting is called team orientation.

I realise that, but you only get a few when you take very little money. I thought there might be a way to change the ratio in the DB...

Such things cannot be changed in the DB but you can use tools to cheat more money. Look for example here: https://pcmdaily.c...icle_id=89

I'd guess he meant he knew about the way of increasing money but not that you couldn't get more reports.
