2013 Database v1 - New Average System

I get the feeling that a few people might have been looking forward to this post

Plenty of new and revised riders for you to try and find.
One thing to note:
D2 riders Marlen Zmorka (Metinvest) and Marius Bernatonis (Ekspla) have been renamed to Sergii Shumilov and Matynas Maniusis, with identical stats, xp and potential. There is still a Zmorka and Bernatonis in the database though, they are free agents - with better stats.
You might notice that when you open the file in Excel, it mentions something about Macros - and this is down to the new Average system:
In calculating the new average, 10 points are taken off the Sprint stat for every rider, and the Time Trial stat is taken as 0.75*TT + 0.25*PL.
It takes: 2*Max(MO,HILL,TT,COB,(SPR-10))
Then it takes the next 4 highest stats out of (FL,Mo,Hill,TT,STA,RES,REC,Cob,(Spr-10),Acc)
Adds them all together, and divides by 6.
To update the averages in the Database file, you just need to hold down 'CTRL + SHIFT + A'.
Race day allocations will be updated based on the new average system, and should be available prior to the transfer season.

Not that much you can do with it till after re-negotiations though, as who's free and who's not is what's really important.
I presume that age based effects have been implemented though? |

Of course - or else it wouldnt be the 2013 db!
Everyone who is listed as a free agent in this db will be a free agent in the transfers - and theres quite a lot of really good free agents with disbanding teams and new additions.

This is awesome!!! Thanks, I guess I know what I'll be doing this weekend.
Although I'm not too thrilled with Florentino Marquez's average increasing unrealistically by 2.5 to 77.7. I don't buy it.
But thank you so much for all the work you have put into this with the new riders and working everything out.

None of rjc, Levi, or Ben Curfs were needed either when they were added. It was just kind of a fun thing for them to be in the game.
