I am playing PCM 11 and want to pick a rider to have a fast development, meaning I have a good young rider but I want them to develop quickly into a an all star rider. Using Lachii's editor, what column should I edit and to what value. Many thanks for the assistance.

FYI my development was set at 7 when I started my career. I dont want all riders to develop any quicker, just this one rider.

Set gene_i_year_progression in DYN_cyclist to 5.

Somebody recently posted a guide in the PCM12 forum and I am 99% sure that it also applies to PCM11, so try the forum search or look there.
