PCM 2012 Expansion Pack for Patch 1.3.0.0 - Prize Money

Have installed and am now almost through the Season 2013. I am now noticing that in the Giro, Tour and Vuelta the final places prize money is not being paid (Still getting prize money for stages)

Anyone else seen this ? Any ideas ?
