Sponsor Problem

I've set the expiration year of the sponsor's contract at 2013 with PCM Fast Editor (in November 2012). I've arrived at 2013 but there's no option of searching for a new sponsor. what could be the problem? |

Have another question but didn't want to start a new thread:
If I look in PCM Fast Editor "sponsor" table, I see how much money my team gets from the sponsor. However, all other teams show 0. Does this mean they'll get nothing and won't be able to do transfers or is this normal for AI? |

Other sponsors than mine have always just had a 0 in amount, when checked.
Guess there's no reason using computing power to simulate economics in all the other teams. The zero just says that they have the money they need

Does the value_i_sponsor future have any effect in the game? |

Yes, it defines which sponsor and what budget you will have in the next season. Try the forum search to find more information about it, but make sure to write the column name correctly when searching for it. |
