Nations Databases - Know of one that works in Career mode?

Does anybody know of any nations database that actually WORKS in career mode?

I am desperate to play a nations DB in career mode but the ones in the downloads section dont work for careers and all my attempts at a nations DB just dont work, for no reason whatsoever.
