Hi again, i have two questions if anyone can help me please.
First one is purely gamepley. When i'm setting out a Lead out train for my sprinter How do you properly get your front rider to move out of the way when he is finished, he always seems to foul up my train, currently i set my 2nd rider on free effort and lower the effort on my front man.

2nd question, as a recent convert from Football manager, on there i like to run two games one real life and one fantasy. What i'd like to do on here is the same, on my fantasy game i'd like to have a custom team starting at the bottom but with LOADS of money to attract riders, Is there any way to do this ?

Normally it should be enough to set the next rider to free effort because the other rider will drop eventually.

You cannot really "attract" riders, so the whole concept of having much money might be useless but you can edit your career after you started it using an editor.
