pro cycling manager 2012 failed to start.

Hi,after i installed pcm 2012 on to my wiped laptop which is now running on a genuin copy of windows vista,it wont start. when it takes you to the main menu after installing i press play, but an icon appers saying:unchandled exception has occourred in your application. any ideas?

Did you install a genuine copy of the game? Did it install without any errors?
Did you activate the game already? Did you install the latest patch?

Hi,

I'm having the same issue?

Any ideas on how to solve this?

I bought the 2012 version yesterday via download and had it installed properly. It does install the patch but then crashes everytime with above error when I hit start. (I'm also not seeing any files being created under the My Documents folder...?)

Re-installing doesn't help.

Any ideas?
