I'm wondering how the rainbow jerseys of the team time trial will look?

There won't be a special TTT jersey, but OPQS will be allowed to have a miniature rainbow flag somewhere on their usual jerseys during all races.

No, it's for the whole team. And only if you're on the team. So if a guy who won it changes teams until next season he won't be allowed to wear the logo on his jersey for his new team.
