Time Trial on patch 1.3 with PCM12 database

Since installing the latest patch and database I seem to be losing TTs with Wiggins, I used to win all TTs and prologues comfortably but now im finishing 6th in TDF TTs beaten by Evans who has a far less TT stat than wiggins. What on earth has happened? The difficulty level is the same and this is on stage mode rather than career. I also use the exact same strategy as before, i.e. use the earlier riders to figure out the precise effort level.

Did you by any chance check 'random fitness' in options? If so, Wiggins might be in bad shape/form.
