Renew and signing problems

I'm in a career mode with sky, and I have two problems. To renew the contracts with my riders, the salary is currently around 700 000€ per month, the allowed salary from the sponsor for next year is around 720 000€ for month, but for some reason the salary allowed by the team is only 600 000€, so i'm about to lose 4 ou 5 riders. What´s the logic?
The second problem is, i have 25 riders confirmed for next season, when i try to sign a free rider always appears a message saying that i have 30 riders for next season and i have to fire riders....

Did you sign some Staignaires? Cause that could be the reason for the maximum reached capacity of riders...

If i fire riders under contract they still count for the 30 riders allowed? |

1st Problem: I think there is a hardcap of 600.000 for each team, this is why you cannot pay more even your sponsor given you more money.

2nd problem: A well-known and quite old bug uses your current amount of riders to determine how many you are allowed to sign for next season (like all riders had a contract for the next year as well), so sacking one is the only solution without editing the save.
With an editor, you can easily create a new contract for the rider you want and refer to it in his DYN_cyclist line.
