PPDB crashes

Have everybody a idea ,why the PPDB Database does not go.i have install the giant version 2006,but when i start the game then i can´t see any change.then i have install the PPDB silver update database. and then i can see a change but when i will start a carreer then it crashes to windows.and when i will start a stage outside of a carreer then it appears a runtime error.what can i do?

Did you reinstall the game and then install the patch before installing it?
