Unhappiness

Everybody in my squad is Unhappy or Very Unhappy! I'm new in PCM and don't know why they're all unhappy... I try to keep everybody busy, if someone isn't racing, it's camping... So why are they unhappy?

Depends on results, assigned race role etc.

As far as i'm aware it doesn't matter unless you are renewing a contract so i wouldnt worry too much

You can get them happy in the preparation training camps by doing easy race programs or by sending them to the recreation camps.
