How to open the Lachi file?

I have a problem when opening the editor file and i am wondering how to start the program?

Extract it, then double click "PCM_SeasonPlanner".

Did you extract the file? Then you should get a folder named PCM_Planner, and inside this folder, the "PCM_SeasonPlanner" file.

Oh wait, that is for the planner Pfft For the editor, extract it and then double click the "LachisEditor" file, not PCM season planner Pfft
