Freezes at Road Geometry

Freezes and does nothing and then i shut down the program.
Third stage of Tour of Africa.
Tried lowering and unchecking everything and still freezes.
I'm using 1.3 patch (steam) with db real names for 1.3 patch found here in the downloads page. This happened to me with the official db and patch 1.2.

Picked an weekly save game 1 stage before this one and same thing. Even tried simulating the race and freezes at simulating. Clearly something about Nelson Mandela bay stadium stage...

I have the same kind of problem in a stage of the Tirreno, at a specific kms, and I found that accelerated the time x8 helped me pass this point and then I go back to normal speed. |
