Rename stages

Hello! I wanted to ask how you change the name of a stage since I downloaded several new races and I added my DB, but not get the name of the stage. Here you have a screenshot with my problem.

In PCM12 the stage names are 'included' in the stage files, so there's not way to add them and there's no way to export the stage without a name - which means you've probably downloaded PCM11 stages. While they seem to work fine in single race mode, apparently they cause crashes in career, so it's not advised to use them.
