Is there a manual or faq on db editing?

There are so many lists/colums in the databases when using 3rd party editors......

Would like to know what is known so far about what each column represents and does. Other than the obvious ones like the stats.

You can search this forum for a specific column name. Also there are some thread about the stats (because it is not obvious in fact). But there is no manual are FAQ.

I started a project in german for PCM2008 or so and presented it here but nobody really cared, so I dropped it.
